1. Respect for Copyright
Branddi Social LLC ("Branddi Social," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@branddisocial.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our Service
- Your contact information (name, email, phone number)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@branddisocial.com identifying the removed material, stating under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error, and providing your contact information and signature. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may also take action after even a single notice if the circumstances warrant it.
5. AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses AI to generate content. AI-generated outputs may not qualify for copyright protection under current law, and we cannot guarantee they will not inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing.
