This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Branddi Social platform and services provided by Branddi Social LLC ("Branddi," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Service to:
- Create, upload, or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, or pornographic content
- Create content containing human faces (uploaded or AI-generated), including deepfakes or synthetic likenesses
- Impersonate any real individual, brand, or organization
- Create content depicting graphic violence, terrorism, or exploitation of minors
- Promote hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on any protected characteristic
- Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, spam, or deceptive practices
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service or its underlying technology
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
- Create multiple accounts to avoid enforcement actions or exceed free-tier limits
- Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized tools to interact with the Service
- Introduce malware or interfere with the security or availability of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement
- Publish AI-generated content you know to be false or misleading
You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
2. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in a warning, content removal, account suspension, or account termination, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to take immediate action without prior notice for severe violations.
3. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it via our Contact Page.
4. Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
