Cancellation & Billing Policy
Last updated: March 2026
This policy governs billing, cancellation, and refunds for all services provided by Branddi Social LLC ("Branddi," "we," "us," or "our"). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Plans
We offer a free plan with limited features and paid plans with additional capabilities. Enterprise plans are available under separate agreements. Plan details and current pricing are listed on our Pricing page.
2. Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction
- When upgrading, the new plan takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
3. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final. We may issue refunds for billing errors, duplicate charges, or verified service failures at our sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the charge.
To request a refund, contact us via our Contact Page. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard, or by contacting us via our Contact Page.
- Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period
- No additional charges will be processed after cancellation
- After the paid period ends, your account will revert to the free plan
5. Price Changes
We may modify subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel before it applies. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
6. Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
